Open School Registrations ends on 18 February 2016.
Open School Facility:
Open School facility is available for classes LKG to VIII Only.
The names of children will be registered as private candidates.
Syllabus and coaching
Students will have to be coached at home as per the syllabus of International Indian School, Jeddah.
Subjects
LKG -English, Mathematics and General Knowledge
UKG- English, Mathematics, General Knowledge and Hindi
Classes I to V -English, Hindi, Mathematics, and EVS
Classes VI to VIII- English, Mathematics, Hindi, Science, Social Studies and third language.
Third Language
Candidates appearing in classes VI, VII and VIII have to chose a third language from the following in addition to the core subjects.
(Arabic/Urdu/Tamil/Malayalam)
The Examination will be conducted in subjects mentioned above covering the complete syllabus.
Examination Centers/Dates
The Examination will be conducted at the following canters in the month of March/April every year. Time Table and admission cards will be sent to the candidate fairly in advance.
Centres Al Baha, Najran, Mohayel, Ashqeeq, Madinah, Gizan,/Samta, Afif, Al Lith, Yanbu (ACC), Makkah , Sabt Al-Alaya, Qunfuda and Bisha.
Prospectus and Registration Dates
Registration forms may be obtained from the office of the Open school Facility, International Indian School, Jeddah or from the Co-ordinators of Open School Examination at various centers mentioned above.
Helpline Syllabus/Study Materials/Synopsis/Model Question Papers
Open school Facility provides Syllabi, synopsis/study materials for various subjects, model question papers etc., for the students to prepare for the examination.
Conditions for Admission/Registration/Fee Structure
Duly filled registration forms along with a draft of SR 750/- as examination fee may be sent to the Principal, International Indian School, Jeddah not later than 31-01-2016.

Continuing cases may attach copy of Certificate cum Memorandum of Marks and Iqama copy only.
New applications must attach copy of Iqama of the father and mother including the candidate and passport copies of father mother and the child.
Valid Transfer Certificate from recognized School (for Classes VI, VII and VII only)
Two Passport size photographs of the candidate.
